Mr. Braun has been representing shareholders and consumers in class action litigation for more than a decade. He was named Lawyer of the Year in 2000 by California Lawyer Magazine, a Rising Star by Los Angeles Magazine in 2004 and a Southern California Super Lawyer by Los Angeles Magazine in 2005 and 2006. Mr. Braun is a member of the California, New York and District of Columbia bars and actively participates in a number of legal associations. He has been widely quoted in the press and is the author of numerous articles including most recently, "Knowing When to Hold 'Em" which appeared in the Expert Advice section of the July 2003 California Lawyer Magazine.
